Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern your use of any paid services offered by English Medium School through our platform. By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Plans

  • We offer various subscription plans for different learning levels and features.

  • Plans are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

  • Each plan grants access to one assigned AI instructor and relevant learning modules.

2. Free Trials

  • We may offer a limited free trial period to new users.

  • Free trials provide temporary access to selected features and instructors.

  • After the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription.

3. Billing and Payments

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose.

  • All fees are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and other processors integrated into our platform.

  • It is your responsibility to keep payment information accurate and up to date.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Cancelling a subscription stops the next billing cycle, but you will retain access until the end of your current paid period.

5. Refund Policy

  • Payments are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be considered only if:

    • You report a billing error within 7 days of the charge.

    • You were charged after cancelling your subscription.

    • Technical issues prevented you from accessing paid services.

  • All refund decisions are at our sole discretion.

6. Failed Transactions

  • If a payment attempt fails, we will retry your payment method.

  • Continued failure to process payment may lead to suspension of access to premium features.

7. Pricing and Changes

  • We reserve the right to revise pricing and features at any time.

  • You will be notified in advance if pricing changes affect your active subscription.

  • New rates will apply in your next billing cycle.
